DEFINE THE SCOPE
Turn site conditions into a workable plan.
We approach assessment as the first phase of construction coordination: understand what is known, identify what still needs investigation and establish the decisions that allow work to proceed.
Review the starting information
Bring available inspection reports, notices, photos, plans and client priorities. We discuss the property’s intended use, access restrictions and timing.
Walk and document the site
Review visible conditions, access, debris, apparent damage and repair needs. Identify areas requiring additional investigation or qualified specialist input.
Set immediate priorities
Sequence securing, weather protection, cleanup and other authorized stabilization work around the conditions and safety considerations at the property.
Develop a practical scope
Organize work by phase or trade, clarify included items and exclusions, and identify allowances or unknowns that affect pricing and scheduling.
Coordinate specialist input
Where needed, coordinate design, engineering, material testing or other specialist services. A construction assessment does not replace those professional evaluations.
Establish the project record
Keep scope decisions, approvals and changes organized through the project workflow so the client can follow what is authorized and what remains open.
For a useful first discussion, send the property address, your role, available records and access details. Site visits are arranged by appointment.
